Rates range from $90 - $250. Rates are based on double occupancy and include overnight accommodations and breakfast. A 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax will be added. Rates are subject to change.

Breakfast: Every day 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Check-in: After 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Additional Charges: A 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals tax will be added to your bill. Additional person in a room is $25.00 per night, which includes breakfast. There is a one-time $10 charge for use of a cot. For children 12 years and younger, the rate is $10 per night, including breakfast. Gratuities are not included in your room rate. To use the facilities at the Quechee Club, there is a daily charge of $20.00 per person.
Minimum Stays: A two-night minimum stay is required on most weekends and throughout the fall-foliage season. A three-night minimum is required on some holiday weekends.
Deposits: For a one or two night stay, we require a deposit equal to one nights' lodging. For three or more nights, we require a deposit equal to two nights' lodging. A deposit by credit card is due when making your reservation, or by check within ten days of making your reservation. All reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receiving your deposit.
Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds, less a $15 service charge, will be given if cancellations are made fourteen days prior to the arrival date. Refunds, less the $15 service charge, will be given within fourteen days of arrival only if the room is re-rented for all of the canceled dates.
Pets: We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
Smoking Policy: The Quechee Inn - Historic Country Inn - Quechee, Vermont is a non-smoking facility.

Dining at our cozy, candlelit restaurant is a highlight of every guest's stay. Because Marshland Farm is well known for its critically acclaimed dining experience, reservations are highly recommended. Dinner is served nightly 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
